Established in 2010 by three generations of master tradesmen, NSW Sports and Recreational Facilities have extensive experience in the safe delivery of complex multi-staged government and private construction projects. Our core business lies within the design and development of multidisciplinary sporting facilities.

Pre-construction Planning

We take time to understand the full scope of a project and its requirements; including evaluation of the construction site, permit and inspection requirements, and any other special situations that need to be resolved before or during construction. Effective planning enables us to create efficiencies within our projects and highlight any potential issues whilst mapping out project milestones.

Early Contractor Involvement

Our highly skilled team works collaboratively across your project group providing guidance, cost saving recommendations, design alternatives and resolutions as needed. We look at the ‘buildability’ aspects of the project, drawing upon the know-how associated with the actual construction and construction cost alongside the design. We pride ourselves on being your trusted advisor from the very beginning.

Design Development

We review project components down to the smallest detail. We address any issues that could affect the construction process or that may be critical to satisfying the project brief. Reviewing plans at each level, elevations, sections and other details sufficient to fully explain the design including schedules of materials and finishes.

Complex Construction Projects

Our team works effectively to manage large scale, complex projects. We believe that well-executed planning, skilled and experienced site managers and trades, and clear and consistent communication across the entire project group are critical to a successful project delivered on time and within budget.

Project Management

We operate a cloud-based project management system. We deliver projects with minimal disruption to clients through careful planning and programming. Full transparency of the project is available to key stakeholders via smartphone or desktop. Our highly skilled project management team works collaboratively with your project group.

Landscape Design and Construction

Our design team produces practical, easy to maintain spaces to suit the area they feature in; end-use is a key priority of the design. We consider immediate and long term structural and environmental impacts as well as any relevant local and federal government guidelines. We design and construct to meet your budget, timeframes and aesthetic.
